Dr. Raghuvanshi is an Emeritus Scientist and a distinguished expert in foods and nutrition with more than four decades of academic and administrative experience. Her research contributions span nutritional assessment, public health policies, nutritional composition, underutilized foods, and community nutrition advancement. She has authored over 150 research papers and has contributed significantly to nutrition education and national programs.
