🌟 Speaker Spotlight | FAT 2026 | Rome, Italy

We are excited to introduce #RodrigoCosta from Paris-Saclay University, France as a Speaker (Oral Presentation – In-Person) at the 8th Edition of the Euro-Global Conference on Food Science and Technology taking place September 14-16, 2026 in Rome, Italy organized by Magnus Group.

Rodrigo Costa is a French-Brazilian scientist with a Chemistry degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a Master's in Food Science from AgroParisTech. Currently in the final year of his PhD in Food Microbiology at INRAE, France, Rodrigo is passionate about the intersection of food and human experience. He is also the creator of "The Chemistry in the Kitchen" - a public science communication workshop inspired by an MIT open course.

FAT 2026 is themed around "Safe, Smart & Sustainable Food Systems" and brings together researchers, scientists, food technologists, and industry professionals from across the globe to share groundbreaking research and drive meaningful advancements in food science.
